Serving the Trucking Industry Worldwide - Owner Op's & Company Drivers

As most already know Arrow Trucking closed its doors last night and have left hundreds of drivers stranded across the country, see story below.
If you can help any of these drivers get home or get a meal, or shower PLEASE do so.
Arrow left most of these guys with NO pay check and a few pay checks that bounced

Heres the story from Google News

Tulsa, Oklahoma based trucking company Arrow Trucking Company suspended operations last night. But, in doing so also stranded hundreds of its drivers out on the road.

The drivers had no clue this was going to happen. The only word they had was the company had planned to do some restructuring.

But, they found out the hard way as their fuel cards were shut off, and messages sent or told to drivers to take their trucks and trailers to the nearest terminal or dealership.

Early this morning several tow trucks were seen parked outside the gates at the Arrow trucking terminal in Tulsa. Later in the day, the only trucks leaving the lot were those driven by repossession people. When the trucks are turned into the prospective dealership by the driver, then that dealership calls greyhound bus and purchases a ticket for that driver to go home. It's the driver's responsibility to get from the dealership to the bus terminal though.

Some truckers had just been recently hired, and the company website as of this morning was still hiring drivers. On a side note, the company website no longer exist, it was taken down today. I was really amazed today at all the help that has been offered to these displaced drivers.

These new drivers, some have not received any pay from the company except for orientation pay. Some didn't receive pay checks last week and are not looking for any this week. It's really a shame that a company such as Arrow, would do their drivers the way that they were done today.
